Caramel Eclairs

I have just discovered Caramel eclairs. They are just like chocolate eclairs, but instead of a strip of chocolate on the pastry filled with cream, it is a strip of caramel.

Oh. My. God.

I am going to be such a fatty, but it will be worth it!

Happy Birthday !!!

It was my gorgeous boyfriends birthday yesterday, and he's quite literally my favourite person ever, so I had to spoil him!

I cooked him his favourite meal, I got some balloons that have an LED light inside,
(The most fun, ever!) birthday banners, cakes with firework candles....

.... and space raider pyjama bottoms.

Photos of the LED balloons coming shortly....

Borough '65

Some of my (very rough) logo designs for the Borough '65 Record Label

Sun, Stevie Wonder and Swollen Ankles

I'm still getting over last week at Glastonbury.

5 days without a shower, full days of intense heat with no escape, mad crowds, amazing food, steep hills, chocolate milk, space blankets, Stevie Wonder, Long drop toilets, disappointing food and a full scale tower block with a train crashed into the side. That pretty much sums it up.

Here are a few photos...more to come....

Compass Obsessed!

I bought a new fancy compass (it has a lock to lock position) and started off drawing a crop circle type design. Then I experimented with colour and size, and then I got a bit carried away and did some black & white designs connecting them all on the page...

We are family....

My mum bought home some photos of my Grampy ( her Dad) who died before I was born and so havent seen many photos of him really. Have seen lots of photos of my Grandad ( who also died before I was born). I like to think they would have liked me were they alive...

It got me thinking anyway, I really love photographs. They can make you happy, sad and thoughtful. My parents house and my flat are full of my photos, in their packets, in frames or in my new hanging photo wall. I had to cut some up to fit in a frame and I hate cutting photos. Nowadays I guess its better because you can just reorder them from your memory card, but the photos developed from film, oh I just couldnt bring myself to cut them at all.

The above photo is my Mum, my Grampy and my Aunty on holiday. My mum is about 14yrs old here. I just love my Grampy's shorts. They're just awesome. I really wish I had known him!
